The General Membership Club Support program is designed to encourage community financial participation to help the organization meet its goals. General Member Club participation has neither voting nor meeting attendance requirements in the operational aspects of the business.
The General Membership Club program is designed solely to solicit your financial support and neither requires your attendance meetings or your vote with regard to operational matters of the organization.
Your desire to support our cause and to do so financially is all we ask. However, we do invite your suggestions and positive feedback to make this project an outstanding success to derive the utmost benefits to the community.

MEMBERSHIP DUES
John J. Byrne Community Center | UNIONDALE™ has determined that its financial sustainability depends partly on requiring membership dues from individuals, corporations and civic organizations who believe in our worthwhile community cause.
The General Membership Club Program offers two (2) types of membership support, from which the collected dues will, in part develop an endowment fund that will grow over time to ensure the financial viability and sustainability of the organization.
Eligibility: Open to any individual, corporation or organization who wants to support the organization
(membership unrestricted to state or region).
Annual Dues: $250
Voting Requirement: NONE
Meeting Attendance: NONE
Benefits:
• An annual Entertainment Book™ (Over $200 in savings, indicate your region preference).
• Quarterly online e-newsletter (Keeps you abreast of our activities & community information, resources
and offers).
• Annual Recognition of your membership or a memoriam of a loved one on John J. Byrne Community
Center’s website for as long as you continue to renew your membership.
• Opportunities for advertising or feature inclusion in quarterly e-newsletter, subject to approval.
• Additional benefits will be offered or substituted as whenever possible and as we continue to develop
and grow.
Eligibility: Open to individuals of organizations within our community network (Initial membership target
limited to 50 people).
Annual Dues: $300
Entitled to vote regarding “General Membership Club” matters: Yes (different to voting on organization
matters as required by law)
Benefits:
• Annual Entertainment Book™ (Over $200 in savings, indicate your region preference).
• Opportunity to attend regional community gatherings during the year at FREE or at subsidized cost.
• Member of selection committee to decide on eligible community organization gatherings to attend. Online
e-polling (conducted online at website). A voting majority determines selection/(s).
• Member of selection committee to decide who gets to attend any particular community organization
gathering subject to individual interests. (Conducted online at website). A voting majority determines
selection/(s).
• Quarterly online e-newsletter (Keeps you abreast of our activities & community information, resources
and offers).
• Opportunities for advertising or feature inclusion in quarterly e-newsletter, subject to approval.
• Additional benefits will be offered or substituted as whenever possible and as we continue to develop
and grow.
